A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My facilitation style: High energy and not afraid to confront any elephants in the room, whilst also creating a space that all teams members feel comfortable sharing in.
What gets me out of bed in the morning: The people I am working with. I thrive off people who want to improve themselves, their teams and their companies. I am always learning, always looking for ways to improve myself personally and professionally
I get a real kick out of: Different viewpoints, new ways of looking at things, creative thinkers!
What I most look forward to when working with a new client: Most clients I work with have many of the answers they need, they just need help , building process and accountability.
Outside of work, you’ll find me: Spending time with my wife and 4 children, surfing, diving and anything else that gets me in the ocean.
My dream client: Is ambitious yet humble, wants to learn and move quickly and is passionate about bringing along their team for the ride of their life!
The number one thing I’ve learnt as a facilitator: That every single person in the room has something of value to add to the conversation.
